Pfizer Growth Tracker app for iPhone and iPad

Pfizer Growth Tracker is designed to help parents/caregivers to track their children’s growth patterns. Parents/caregivers will be able to see a visual display of the growth pattern with a chart generated according to dated height entries. You will also be able to send reports to friends and relatives from your Apple® device with Pfizer Growth Tracker.

Pfizer Growth Tracker is not intended for curing, treating, seeking treatment for managing or diagnosing a specific disease disorder, or any specific identifiable health conditions.

Pfizer Growth Tracker functionalities include:

• Track and record children’s growth pattern from 24 months to 19 years

• Compare the growth pattern percentile of a child with those established by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention standards

• Create detailed reports for you, relatives and healthcare specialists

• Find and locate pediatricians in Puerto Rico

• Keep track of your doctor’s appointments with a useful internal calendar in the app

• Set up multiple profiles for parents and caregivers who care for multiple children
